ZUMBA® Fitness and Pilates classes are 50 minutes long. Yoga classes are 60 mins long.
Bring your children to share not only your yoga practice but many special memories! Kids Yoga Instructor, Beth Rieke, facilitates this class every 2nd Wednesday of the Month. She incorporates fun concepts to make the class great fun: animal stories, camping, adventures through the forest and jungle, etc.
The class is 45 min. Ideal for children ages 3 to 7 years with mom or dad. Up to 2 children per accompanying adult.
Babysitting is also available for one additional child per family.
