Let our dedicated team of instructors help you work effectively while keeping you motivated to reach your goals. Any of our instructors can be your wellness coach. This program is FREE for members.
Make a date with yourself – at least once a week. Plan your classes/exercise activities for the week every Sunday and have one or two back-up classes. Schedule your fitness just like any other appointment and follow through! Check our online class schedule. We love hearing from you if you have questions or concerns.
