PILATES is based on the disciplines created by Joseph Pilates over 90 years ago. Pilates has many benefits: it can flatten your stomach, tighten your buttocks and thighs, improve posture, improve bone density, cholesterol levels and blood pressure readings, tone and tighten every muscle in the body from the inside out! Stability and mobility are essentials that work in synergy to help you gain power in your core.
A mat is provided for your use. This class is done barefoot. All are welcome!

Private Pilates sessions are also available.
First Class is FREE. Current members may use their class package to attend or pay drop-in cost= $16
