VINYASA (FLOW) YOGA
VINYASA OR FLOW YOGA is a practice where postures or Asanas are connected through breath for a transformative and balancing effect. Movement sequences flow from one pose to the next. Classes build heat, endurance, flexibility and strength. The creative sequencing found in a Vinyasa class is often built around Sun Salutations. Although this is an all-levels class, beginner students are welcome.
Our VINYASA classes are offered on Tuesdays at 9 am & Wednesdays @ 5:30 pm. Kris Rumzis, 200 RYT, teaches this beautiful class. The studio will be set at 74 degrees to help you warm up for a great practice. Essential oils, upbeat music and thoughtful meditations accompany these practices. Enjoy a hot cup of tea afterwards.
ALL LEVELS YOGA
ALL LEVELS YOGA combines fundamentals from Yoga Basics with Sun Salutations A & B to relax the mind. A gentle flow style is used to introduce more poses including basic inversions. All level students are welcome. More advanced students will be given more challenging poses.
Our All Level Yoga classes are offered on Saturdays at 7:45 am & Mondays @ 6 pm. Connie Aigner, 200 RYT, leads this beautiful practice.
If you want a gentler practice, Gentle Yoga is the class for you! Gentle yoga focuses on breath and basic yoga movements with a slower pace. These poses will help improve flexibility, alignment and strength.
Gentle Yoga is great for beginners, the experienced yogi who wants a gentler practice and for active older adults. We offer this class on Thursdays at 10:15 am & Saturdays @ 11:15 am
