YOGA FLOW is a dynamic practice that links movement and breath together in a continuous flow. Yoga Flow will provide full body movement that will get your heart rate up. You’re going to work and definitely break a sweat. Yoga Flow is a total body workout that stimulates your core muscles, tones your arms and helps you burn calories!
Beginners are welcome to this practice. All flow sequences are shown with modifications so students of all levels of fitness can participate.
YOGA FLOW classes are offered weekly on (check google calendar before coming to class):
- Mondays @ 9 am (aka Mindfulness Yoga)
- Tuesdays @ 9 am
- Mondays @ 6 pm (aka Yoga Basics)
