“What inspired me to teach was my passion for activity/athletics & being able to stay home with my kids! I saw Pilates as being the foundation of fitness for the body. This format has changed my body the most & definitely has become the foundation of success in all fitness/activity areas. I am so blessed to be doing what I know I was created to do, helping others on their journey of becoming all that they were made to be!”

“I love that BARRE incorporates so many elements of Pilates in a dynamic fusion class. One misconception about Pilates is that it is not an “athletic” class per se. However, Pilates practice is the very definition of “athletic” because a strong core is necessary to do anything and everything else”
Originally from Venezuela, Ana’s hobbies include dancing, practicing yoga and enjoying the outdoors with her family.
