I am so blessed to be doing what I know I was created to do, helping others on their journey of becoming all that they were made to be!”

“After my second (of seven) daughters was born, I wanted to get back into shape and pursue a part time career so I could stay home and raise my family. That is what inspired me to become a fitness instructor. A common myth about mat pilates is that people think it’s a stretching class! I can assure you, it’s not. It is all about core strength and conditioning with an emphasis on balance of work.”
Deena was born in Evansville, Indiana. Her favorite hobbies are pastry competitions (she owned a catering company previously), cooking competitions and teaching fitness classes during vacations in the Caribbean.

“I love that BARRE incorporates so many elements of Pilates in a dynamic fusion class. One misconception about Pilates is that it is not an “athletic” class per se. However, Pilates practice is the very definition of “athletic” because a strong core is necessary to do anything and everything else”
Originally from Venezuela, Ana’s hobbies include dancing, practicing yoga, playing with her 2 young boys and enjoying the outdoors with her husband Tom.
