Sharon has extensive experience in group fitness, ZUMBA® Fitness, Pilates and BARRE. Sharon teaches Pilates on Wednesdays at 10:15 am & BARRE on Fridays at 10:15 am. Also, ZUMBA on Wednesdays @ 9 am.
“What inspired me to teach was my passion for activity/athletics & being able to stay home with my kids! I saw Pilates as being the foundation of fitness for the body. This format has changed my body the most & definitely has become the foundation of success in all fitness/activity areas. I am so blessed to be doing what I know I was created to do, helping others on their journey of becoming all that they were made to be!”
Sharon was born in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Her favorite hobbies are playing with her family, reading and learning/promoting healthy nutrition with Shaklee.
Amy has been a dancer since the age of 3. She was a dance instructor of children and adults for 21 years. Amy transitioned from the world of dance to the world of fitness while being a customer of Orinoco Fitness. It is here where she discovered how Barre, Pilates and Yoga compliment each other as well as fit into the lifestyle she knew as a dancer. Amy teaches BARRE on Mondays at 10:15 am, BARRE Basics on Thursdays at 9 am & BARRE Express (45 min class) Tuesday nights at 6:15 pm.
Maria is certified to teach a variety of fitness formats, including Pilates, Strength, BARRE, Ballet, Cardio Ballet & Piloxing. She received her ballet training at the George Balanchine’s School of American Ballet in New York City. Maria teaches BARRE on Saturdays at 10:05 am.

Maria was born in Buffalo, New York. Her favorite hobbies are jogging, skiing with her family & reading a good book!
Alana grew up in a dance studio since her mother was a professional dancer. She was part of the dance team at Arizona State University as an undergraduate. Her desire to become a group fitness instructor was ignited by her passion & love for dance. Alana is certified to teach mat Pilates, BARRE, WERQ along with many other fitness certifications. Alana teaches mat Pilates on Wednesdays @ 6:45 pm

Alana’s favorite hobbies are shopping, watching Hallmark movies, and spending time with her husband and her two birds (a baby Umbrella Cockatoo and a Blue-Fronted Amazon)
Ana received her SCW Mat Pilates, Level 1 certification in 2013. Ana also earned her AFAA group exercise certification in 2014 and her BARRE ABOVE certification in 2015. Ana subs BARRE & Pilates from time to time (and runs her business, Orinoco, with passion).

Originally from Venezuela, Ana’s hobbies include dancing, practicing yoga and enjoying the outdoors with her family.
