Sculpt & Tone is a new fusion class which combines the core strength & body alignment principles of Pilates with resistance training. Sculpt & Tone will help you:
- Experience positive changes in your body within 4 weeks
- Improve overall strength & flexibility
- Improve posture, mobility & range of motion
- During this class, you will be working on the mat & using light weights
A mat is provided for your use. This class is done barefoot. All are welcome!
