The ancient Chinese practice of Tai Chi helps the body flow seamlessly through movement of energy. There are eight unseen energies that make up our life force. These eight energies are already inside you. Performing these slow, deliberate Tai Chi movements can deliver mental health benefits, anti-aging effects & physical well-being. Our Tai Chi for Energy class will show you how to perform each of the movements that link to the eight energies.
You will have an opportunity to ask questions and get more instruction from Ken Ning, Tai Chi teacher. Ken was born in China & has been practicing martial arts since he was 10 years old. He received his instructor certificate from Yang TAI CHI Chuan Association (Silver Eagle) in 2013 & became one of Grand Master Yang Jun’s disciples in March of 2017. GM Yang Jun is the 5th Generation and the current lineage holder of Yang Family Tai Chi Chuan.
