Join us for a special Yoga & Meditation series on Abundance this Fall. Updated Start Date: October 10, 2023. The series will run for six consecutive weeks (Oct 10 – Nov 16, 2023). Commit to a regular yoga practice & register for full session. Single class drop-ins are also welcome. All level students are welcome to participate, even if you are a new to yoga.
Our teachers will incorporate the six pillars of abundance each week during their morning and evening yoga classes: gratitude, self-love, forgiveness, intention, energy & mindset.
