Step # 1: Commit to Your Wellness, Start Today!
Write down your goals & make a commitment to yourself. Some examples for your goals could be: eating healthier, getting more sleep, exercising 30 min or more per day, relieving stress, etc. Let us know what those goals are so we can make recommendations – we are all about learning & growing with you!

Step # 2: Decide Which Fitness Classes are Right for You.
Choose a class or combination of classes based on your goals.  Always check with your doctor before starting a fitness program.

Step #3 : Make fitness a priority.

Let our dedicated team of instructors help you work effectively while keeping you motivated to reach your goals. Plan your classes/exercise activities for the week every Sunday and have one or two back-up classes in case your schedule changes.  Schedule your fitness just like any other appointment and follow through! Health is a journey, not a destination. Here at Orinoco, we want you to enjoy community, feel supported & feel empowered in your journey to a healthier you. If you’re not having fun during your workouts & enjoying the journey of a healthier lifestyle, chances are you will revert to your old habits. Our Live Well Coaching Program is a great way to find what works for you so the changes you make are for the long term. For good.
