GOAL: IMPROVE FLEXIBILITY, BALANCE & RELEASE STRESS
These classes will help you become more coordinated, more flexible, help keep your joints healthy and release stress.
Step #3 : Make fitness a priority.
Let our dedicated team of instructors help you work effectively while keeping you motivated to reach your goals. Plan your classes/exercise activities for the week every Sunday and have one or two back-up classes in case your schedule changes. Schedule your fitness just like any other appointment and follow through! Make a date with yourself – daily exercise will help you live happier, more present & calm. Check our online class schedule.
