Live Well is a program designed to help you lead a healthy, joyful & fulfilled life, for the rest of your life! Learn & adopt holistic wellness strategies using mind, body & heart for long-term success in an intimate group setting.  Ana Santos Gitzinger, founder of Orinoco Fitness & wellness coach facilitates this program.

Live Well will provide the techniques, education, motivation & support to help you improve your overall wellness, nutrition & quality of life.

During the 10-week program you will be given the tools to change your mindset & daily habits thru mindfulness techniques, breaking negative patterns that may have prevented you from succeeding in the past. It’s not just a short term program, it’s a sustainable lifestyle program for long-term success.

Live Well sessions are 45 – 60 min each (with 4 to 6 participants per group)

Group meets once per week; members will have the opportunity to learn from each other & share their challenges & concerns in a safe, nurturing environment. Regular meetings are designed to keep you on track, inspired & motivated to succeed.
