Our Latin Dance class is a virtual dance lesson, a great way for you to move your body & stay positive! This is not a fitness class, it’s a dance lesson featuring authentic Salsa and other Latin rhythms (not to be confused with ballroom dancing).
Latin Dance classes feature Latin as well as other international rhythms and beats. All fitness levels and ages are welcome! No coordination is needed for Latin Dance, just a positive attitude. Cardio Boost is a 30-min fusion class combining high intensity interval training (HIIT) + strength with high energy music. Get your cardio in only 30 minutes! You will burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes.
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Squats, lunges and kickboxing moves deliver a complete workout.
