High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Squats, lunges and kickboxing moves deliver a complete workout.
Turbokick is a 45-minute class that will have your heart pumping & your body moving like never before! TurboKick is a combination of kickboxing moves, athletic moves, and lots of fun combinations all perfectly in tune to high energy and motivating music. It’s the ultimate cardiovascular challenge that’s a unique blend of intense intervals, strength & endurance training, and a relaxing cool-down. You will find the right intensity for you.
