Ready to Sculpt & Tone?

Sculpt & Tone is a new fusion class which combines the core strength & body alignment principles of Pilates with resistance training. Sculpt & Tone will help you:
  • Experience positive changes in your body within 4 weeks
  • Improve overall strength & flexibility
  • Improve posture, mobility & range of motion
  • During this class, you will be working on the mat & using light weights

A mat is provided for your use. This class is done barefoot.  All are welcome!


Resistance equipment used: resistance bands, bender balls, light weights (3 or 2 lbs), gliders, etc
