Introducing Live Well – Holistic Wellness Coaching

Live Well: Mind, Body & Heart is a program designed to help you lead a healthy, joyful & fulfilled life, for the rest of your life! Come learn & adopt holistic wellness strategies using mind, body & heart for long-term success in an intimate group setting.  Ana Santos Gitzinger, founder of Orinoco Fitness & wellness coach will facilitate this program.

Live Well will provide the techniques, education, motivation & support to help you improve your overall wellness, nutrition & quality of life.

Live Well Group Coaching will focus on:

Healthy Movement
Healthy Nutrition
Mindfulness Techniques
The Power of Community
Accountability & Support

This 10-week program is designed to help people adopt holistic wellness strategies. Live Well sessions are 30 – 45 min each (with 4 to 6 participants per group)

Group participants meet once per week in person or via ZOOM (morning or evening); participants will have the opportunity to learn from each other & share their challenges & concerns in a safe, nurturing environment.
